The Master Planner will manage a team of Asset Schedulers (production planning), MRP Planners (purchasing), and DRP Planners (intra-plant supply) and provide them with detailed direction in the accomplishment of tasks to deliver the agreed supply plan.
Develop, lead and implement a plant quality assurance plan to reduce COPQ by conducting gap analysis, identifying the strategy and tactics to bridge the gap using tools such as SPC, control charts, Pareto diagrams, 8D, etc. to analyze, monitor, and improve plant metrics.
Performs new product trials in manufacturing and is involved in process setup, testing, and report generation; lead continuous improvement exercises to improve and/or standardize manufacturing protocols/operating procedures.
Gather and analyze non-functional currency exposures for all entities worldwide and collaborate with each region to minimize exposures; manage and execute the risk management of all foreign currency exposures
The Account Manager is expected to demonstrates an ability to communicate and influence at all levels; technically competent and independently able to manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving.
Develops KPI metrics/monitoring systems and tools to drive efficiency improvements and identify opportunities for improvement; leads safety training, conducts behavior-based safety audits, and provides a strong safety presence in the plant.
Manage the QC supervisor and provide indirect oversight for the QC laboratory staff; function as the in-plant expert concerning the facility's product line and provide on-site technical expertise as a key member of the facility leadership team.
The Pilot Plant Manager/Principal Reliability Engineer will be responsible for leading the pilot plant operations staff with the goal of safely attaining the successful scale-up and development of new products and processes.
